2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

A. Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

B. International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination of your order. During promotional periods, free shipping may be available on select products or orders above a certain value. Please check our website for any active promotions.

 

4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

  • Pre-Order Items: If an item is on pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be noted in the product description. Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the items become available.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided or directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

 

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be circumstances where shipments are delayed due to unforeseen factors such as weather, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at flybuyretail@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.

 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your country’s customs office once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. FLY BUY LLC has no control over these charges, and they vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

 

8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. FLY BUY LLC is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.

 

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at flybuyretail@gmail.com. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist with filing a claim. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

 

10. Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable (e.g., wrong address, refused delivery), we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. Any additional shipping costs for resending the package will be your responsibility.
