1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:

3. Return Process
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

Receive Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.

Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued in the following manner:

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts that were originally included.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, please contact us at flybuyretail@gmail.com with details of the issue, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to flybuyretail@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will provide you with a return label and either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
8. Return Shipping Costs

9. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
